What you’ll do:
Oversee daily operations: Work closely with clinical teams to develop evidence-based treatment programs tailored to enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes.
Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement a comprehensive revitalization strategy for the residential treatment center.
Community Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including local authorities, schools, healthcare providers, and mental health organizations.
Financial Management: create and oversee the program's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Community engagement: Nurture a collaborative and empowering work environment that emphasizes professional growth and development.
Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the efficacy of treatment programs and enhance clinical outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing mental health residential treatment centers.
Risk Management: Collaborate with the support office to create and implement risk management protocols addressing potential challenges, safeguarding the safety and well-being of residents and employees.
What you bring:
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, or Healthcare Administration is required.
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the mental health or healthcare sector is required.
- Demonstrated success in transforming organizational culture within a residential treatment or mental health environment.
- Thorough knowledge of North Carolina state regulations and Joint Commission regulations.
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team-building aptitude.
