What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Lead | Front Desk Operations position at Mental Health Partners Career Center?
Purpose:
As our Site Lead, you will support the clinical operations and general activities in an administrative capacity to support our operations, such as scheduling, requesting medical records and other health services for your site. You will support a warm, welcoming, clean and inviting physical environment that promotes healing and recovery.
Job Summary:
You will support administrative procedures for your assigned building and train team members how to apply procedures. You will coordinate with MHP facilities team to assist with our safety and emergency training for the site. You will oversee the supply ordering and other administrative tasks for on-site operations.
