We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Therapy Assistant at Meraki Health.

About the Role:

• Assist children in learning and development during therapy sessions and activities.
• Support children with daily living skills and communication.
• Collaborate with our team of licensed clinicians and other support staff.
• Document services provided and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior licensure required, but willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician and Registered Developmental Technician certifications.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations and work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities with children.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children and their families.
• Knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
