We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Team in Pensacola, FL.
**Availability needed 3pm-11pm CST***
Scope of Work
- Maintain internal project controls to parallel customer needs and business operations
- Understand and coordinate customer preference requirements throughout order and installation processes
- Provide expert support and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Follow up throughout all stages of new projects and requests
- Initiate problem solving strategies to determine root causes and generate solutions
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, data tracking, and task management
- Document and ensure completion of important actions and decisions
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Confirm that projects adhere to specifications and all related documentation is maintained appropriately
- Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project completion
- Complete other duties as assigned
What you need to be successful:
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service positions
- 6 months’ experience in Project Administration, preferred
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Suites, preferred
- Experience using Salesforce, preferred
