No prior automotive industry experience is required to apply! We are seeking individuals with various industry backgrounds.

How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting several departments within the dealerships and providing prompt service to customers. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle 

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
• Assist sales professionals with deliveries
• Assist in selling products before heading back into finance (clear mask, max shield, and accessories).
• Greet guests and assist on the showroom floor
• Assist valets with moving vehicles on the lot and reconditioning
• Answering phone calls as needed
• Deliver parts to wholesale customers as needed 
• Assist co-workers with daily routines as needed

Skills Needed to Win:

• At least 18 years of age
• Clean driving record
• Must possess strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Must be a team player, self-motivated, and goal-oriented 
• Previous Mercedes-Benz experience preferred
