Internet Sales Consultant - Essential Duties :
- Automotive Internet and Sales a Plus
- Sales Professionals with track Record of Success
- Monitor and respond to all internet leads and develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt.
- Provide accurate quote pricing, rates and inventory availability.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Reach store goals and execute on a pre-defined closing ratio on all internet leads.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new / used vehicles.
Internet Sales Consultant - Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED required
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous customer service or sales experience a huge plus
- Must be submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
- All applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR
