Mercer-Zimmerman, Inc., a leading commercial lighting manufacturers’ sales agency, is looking for the right candidate to fill a Customer Service Specialist role in our Omaha office.
What you’ll be doing…
- Managing new project orders received from electrical distributors to ensure orders match what was quoted and are entered with accuracy.
- Providing front-line phone support to address order questions (such as availability, pricing, ship dates) and general company information.
- Addressing order issues - communicating with customers and manufacturers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
