Job Description
This role is a member of the Strategic Sampling Operations, which is part of the fast paced and collaborative Sales Operations team.
This individual will report to an Associate Director and be fully responsible and accountable for the strategy and execution of our Company’s digital sampling capabilities for the field and customers operations to support the U.S. Market. This critical role includes, but is not limited to, development and deployment of digital sampling capabilities and programs, multiple vendor relationships and management, resource development and training, analytics, and continuous innovation and improvement. The strategic role ensures digital innovation in a “white space” role using data and field/customer insights to guide and inform decisions. The role includes continuous development and enhancement of field and customer resources to streamline sampling process and operations. Including, but not limited to the following:
The Partnering with Brand Marketing, Sales, and IDN teams to develop and execute their individualized customer strategies utilizing current data and market trends to help the brand team design an eSampling strategy. Once approved, the Sr. Specialist is also responsible for the execution of this capability through all channels (i.e. FAST, our Company's Connect, online channels).
Managing vendors around logistics, approvals, and compliance in the development of resources supporting Marketing or Field Sales through detailed project management plans. The Sr. Specialist will also hold the vendor accountable to timelines and accurate reporting on the performance of all aspects of eSampling capabilities and projects.
Serving as the lead and managing multiple Sampling Solutions including FAST (field remote sampling tool), our Company's Connect, and digital online Sampling channels present within the U.S. Market. Requiring collaboration, communication, and training to our Sales leadership and Field Representatives.
The successful candidate will develop an in-depth understanding of the marketing strategy for the brands they support and a high-degree of leadership with a strong sense of urgency, credibility and confidence. Key stakeholders are but not limited to: Marketing; Sales Leadership, Commercial Legal and Compliance. Lastly, the successful candidate will understand end to end sampling operations with a continuous improvement mindset.
Required Experience and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders, understand business strategy and execute to achieve business goals.

Demonstrated strategic/critical thinking, self-motivated, and able to lead in ambiguous spaces without authority.
An ability to act with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Strong digital tool/channel proficiency as well as detailed knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
