Role: The Digital Business Director develops and implements the Digital and Marketing technology strategy to optimize consumer and business outcomes. The right candidate is a savvy marketing technologist that understands the full marketing technology stack, digital (mobile and web), IT infrastructure with proven digital leadership. This role requires company-wide orchestration across different business units to ensure cross-functionally considerations are understood with a central prioritization process, clear planning, crisp communications with stakeholders, and proper integration of efforts with the rest of the company.
What a day is like:
- Central owner of the company’s Digital Roadmap
- Key business architect for the overall marketing technology stack and partner with key stakeholders to ensure execution with excellence
- Collaborative skills to understand company-wide ideas and incorporate accordingly into overall strategy
- Work with Technology and Marketing Execution & Control functions to drive integration of marketing technologies with the non-marketing systems
- Research and recommend on going marketing technology trends to stay ahead of them
- Customize marketing technology products with software development
- Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns – SEO; digital re-targeting
You’re perfect for this role if you have:
Required:
- 7 years’ experience in Digital / Marketing Technology
- Experience in building and implementing a marketing tech stack
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Valued:
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA, a plus
