32HRS PER WEEK, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS Servicing Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana counties
- The Home Health Aide is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient’s personal needs and to promote comfort. The home health aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The home health aide will be assigned in a manner promoting quality, continuity and safety of a patient’s care.
SHIFT/SCHEDULE
- Full Time - Scheduled for 32 Weekly Hours
- Shift Time - 8am-4:30am
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certified Home Health Aide or State Tested Nursing Aide required.
Previous Home Health Care Experience Preferred.
CPR certification required.
Valid driver’s license with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements.
BMV check.
