PRN
Job Summary:
Provides skilled therapeutic interventions to patients of CMHP through the use of their educational skill. This may
involve outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics and in off-site locations. Services the patients of CMHP as a part of the entire
continuum of professional care that CMHP delivers.
Essential Functions:
- Assists in the performance of physical therapy activities as assigned by the Physical Therapist. Prepares treatment areas, patients, and equipment for treatments.
- Instructs patients on segments of the program as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Maintains accurate and concise records on treatment provided and patient's progress.
- Maintains set level of productivity without jeopardizing quality.
- Maintains departmental policies and procedures regarding safety, infection control, time off requests and timecard recording.
Minimum Education:
2 year Associates Degree
Specialty/Major: Physical Therapy Assistant
Licensure:
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Ohio; CPR
