Overview:
Provides quality medical nutrition therapy for patient/ clients and promotes nutrition education to co-workers, staff and community. Collaborates with medical staff, nursing and appropriate ancillary departments to provide timely and effective implementation of nutrition care plans.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Must be a graduate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics approved Dietetic Internship Program
- Preferred Experience: Two to four years of clinical nutrition experience preferred
- Licensure: Must be a Licensed Dietitian in the State of Missouri
- Certifications: Must be registered with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and maintain registration status. Must maintain licensure within the State of Missouri. rtified Diabetes Educator or other clinical specialty.Must have a Master's Degree/ or Specialist Certification in Pediatric Nutrition (CSP), Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)
