Overview:
The operations supervisor will have direct responsibility for assigned business operations of the hospital. The position will be responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the hospital. The operations supervisor may be asked to undertake various special projects. Performs and/or delegates duties of staff members in the manager's absence. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: One or more years of healthcare experience or one or more years of supervisory experience is required
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree strongly recommended, will consider years of experience in place of degree
- Preferred Education: Business degree preferred
- Other: Must have a strong business background. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, etc is required
