Who We Are:
Mercy NICU wants YOU to join our team! We deliver compassionate care and exceptional service in our Level 3b NICU. With an average daily census of 88 babies, you will take care of a variety of neonatal conditions in both premature and full term babies. Our robust 16 week fellowship prepares you to deliver safe and quality care in an environment that is aligned around teamwork and family centered care. Be a proud Mercy nurse!
We Offer Great Incentives:
- Fellowship Training Program, specialized/unit-specific
- BSN Differential (for those applicants who have completed a BSN program)
- Shift Differential Pay
- Benefits that begin day 1
- RN > BSN Bridge Program (up to $16,000).
- RN Loan Forgiveness Program to aide in paying off RN student loan debt
- Up to $5,000 per year over a period of 4 ½ years ($20,000 cap).

What We Need from You:
- We require a nursing degree from an accredited school.
- RN License in the State of Missouri. New graduates must obtain within 90 days of graduation date.
- Must have a current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association.
