Overview:
The Bed Management Coordinator facilitates non-clinical processes of communication between nursing, medical staff, patients, families and all other hospital departments. Arrange the registration of patients assuring appropriate departmental policies and procedures are followed. Monitor heart rhythms and/or O2 sats on patients with continuous cardiac monitoring to ensure the best possible care of those patients.
Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate.
Certifications: Other: Keyboarding and secretarial skills are required. Preferred Education: Basic dysrhythmia course.
Preferred Experience: Previous Monitor Tech experience. 1 years clerical experience
Preferred Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
