Job Summary:
PC Support provides it desktop support for office and manufacturing environments primarily for Texas locations (Denton and Decatur), and as a part of a team supporting plants in 5 other states.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy/Maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile phones
- Maintain active directory and email user accounts
- VOIP phone deployment and support
- Software installation and update
- Other tasks related to email, networking, and hardware
- All IT requests are via Helpdesk tickets
- Support covers Office and Manufacturing environments
Education and Experience Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
- High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)
- 1-3 years IT support experience
Requirements on the Job:
- Reliable to come to work everyday and be on-time
- Travel required 4-5 times per year
- After hours support (occasionally)
Monday-Friday
7am-4pm
Occasional after hours support
