Mercy Clinic Neosho is seeking a full-time (40 hours a week) Practice Manager I to join our team.
Overview:
Directly responsible for the daily operations and staff supervision of more than two physician business units or a single practice with a unique program or services including multiple providers and co-workers. Ensures professional and technical operation of clinical units with moderate to high complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. May supervise other Practice Managers and Practice Coordinators. Responsible for independent management of the business units in accordance with Clinic Initiatives: Physician Satisfaction, Co-Worker Satisfaction, Patient Satisfaction, Quality, and Business Performance. Reports directly to Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
- Education: BS or equivalent exp.
- Experience: 2 or more years experience in a physician or medical office preferred. Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Other: Knowledge of managed care billing practices preferred.
