Qualifications for LPN:
- Education: High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- Licensure: Requires current LPN license in state of Missouri;
- Experience: (2) two years clinical experience, preferrably in speciality
- Certification/Registration: BLS/CPR certification annually
- Other skills & knowledge: Customer service and computer experience required.

- High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- OR preferred at least one year of experience
Medical Assistant II
- High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred and/or at least 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant III
- High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program and 3 years of experience
- Certification/Registration is required (RMA or CMA)
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
