Overview: Regional Executive Director of Reimbursement for Sisters of Mercy Health System (Mercy) is responsible for the direction and oversight of reimbursement activities related to specific communities within Mercy. This position will have supervisory responsibilities of the managers and reimbursement specialists at their communities. The Regional Director will assist the Senior Vice President in facilitating the effective strategies and/or processes associated with third party governmental reimbursement and net revenue integrity and enhancement. This position oversees the activities associated with required governmental filings concerning revenue/cost reporting. Strong communication skills with peers as well as senior leaders in the organization is key to success in this role. A candidate must have the ability and willingness to work with others both inside and outside of the organization to address the complex needs of a multi-state $6.5 billion dollar plus organization.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in healthcare reimbursement leadership role.
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related finance field.
- Certifications: CPA or other advanced credentials preferred
