Overview:
Responsible as a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team to the hospice team supervisor and manager for the provision of skilled nursing assessment and hospice care within the scope of nursing practice to maximize comfort and promote quality of life for the patient and families consistent with Mercy at Home policies and procedures.
This is a full time, night shift and every other weekend position.

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least one year of RN experience.
- Licensure: Active Oklahoma RN License.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association. Valid drivers license.
- Preferred Certifications: CHPN
- Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Universal Skills Inventory and Unit Specific Skills Check List within first three months of employment and updated annually.
