Overview:
Under the direction of the Manager of Contract Services develops and manages a comprehensive consolidation, utilization management, and contract compliance strategy for medical surgical and safety products. They serve the role of the subject matter expert for the current ERP System and contact for local customer service related inquiries and principle contact for local customer service related inquiries. This position will conduct training classes and assist with conversion/standardization initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in a health care environment.
- Required Education: High School Diploma
- Preferred Education: College degree preferred. Experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Other: Must have excellent written, oral and human relations skills, attention to detail and follow through and the ability to handle confidential information. Need to have the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at the same time and be able to adjust in a fast paced environment. Also have the ability to work alone as well as within a team environment. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications required.
