This position is an inpatient therapist for the weekend program.
Weekend incentives for registry are offered for a commitment of hours.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan addressing the functional needs of a variety of patient diagnoses.

Education and Experience
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Certification and Licensure
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in WI, IL or both if requiredApproved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days
