Provides psycho-social evaluation, therapy, and resource referral services to psychiatric patients. Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team. Adheres to MercyOne Northeast Iowa's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne Northeast Iowa.
Master's degree in Social Work from a Council of Social Work Education accredited university or a Social Work Doctorate Degree. No prior experience required.
Licensed Independent Social Worker; if drives, valid Iowa driver's license with current auto insurance. BLS. Mandatory Reporter.
High language, basic math, high reasoning ability. Personal computer. Ability to rapidly build a rapport with patients; works with a large degree of independence; ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
Salary : $34,100 - $43,100
