Responsible for registration and billing to third party payers for MercyOne Northeast Iowa. Adheres to MercyOne Northeast Iowa's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne Northeast Iowa.
Requirements:High school plus one year post secondary medical office education preferred. Associate's degree in Accounting preferred. Minimum of 6 months medical office or insurance experience.
- Intermediate language, intermediate math, intermediate reasoning ability.
- 10-key calculator, personal computer.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with the public and under stressful circumstances.
- Must be detail-oriented.
