QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.

MercyOne North Iowa- Pediatric Hospitalist
- Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)- staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists & NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank
- Join the team of 3 full-time Pediatric Hospitalists
- Schedule negotiable/flexible- 3 - 48 hr shifts & 1 – 24 hr shift in a 28-day cycle.
- Avg daily volume of 3-4 normal nursery, 3-4 NICU, up to 8 pediatric patients
- Teaching responsibilities of residents and medical students
- Highly competitive compensation, including $100k sign-on bonus!
- 15 (12-hr) days of PTO/year
- Annual CME allowance of $4,000
- Employer paid liability insurance and tail coverage
