Warehouse Fort Myers, Florida Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $16 JOB SUMMARY :

This position will be responsible for documenting and processing the return of all Return Materials and assuring that a request is made to issue the customer credit for their return or to return items back to the customer that do not meet the company's policy for returns.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist with technical review, inspection and diagnostic testing of all returned items
• Track, document and issue credit or denials for all returns
• Quality Control items before returning to stock
• Contact customers regarding the condition of returned items or to inform customers of denials
• Familiar with a basic tool and ratchet kit is a plus
• Assist with breaking down, repairing and / or reboxing of product
• Assist team members with questions regarding customer returns
• Dispose of metal, cardboard and trash on a weekly or daily basis, as needed
• Troubleshooting, problem solving, attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
• Familiar with Google office systems and navigating computer systems
• Capable of working independently
• Forklift experience a plus, will train
• Overtime, as needed
• Temporary tasks may be assigned, as needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3- 5 year experience in customer service, technical support, shipping and receiving, or related field is required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in Google, Excel, and Gmail
• Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills

PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORKING CONDITIONS :

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and carry and lift and / or move up to 35 lbs.
• Duties are performed in a warehouse and office environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Works with hazardous waste, occasionally
