Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Merle Norman of Brentwood. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality massage therapy services and possess a strong commitment to customer care. Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages, according to client needs and preferences.
• Assess clients' medical histories and conditions to determine the most suitable massage techniques and ensure their safety and comfort during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and expectations, and provide personalized recommendations for ongoing treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding massage therapy practices and maintain current licensure and certifications.
• Assist in promoting massage therapy services through various marketing channels, including social media, promotional events, and partnership opportunities.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client care and satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
• Comfortable with using Groupon or similar platforms to promote and sell massage therapy services.
• Is open to be 1099 employee
• Dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in all aspects of massage therapy practice.
