What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry level Customer/Sales Associate position at Merry Maids?
We're looking for an energetic person who enjoys a fast-paced office environment and will have the full support of an excellent team to help them succeed. This role is about helping us grow our business by handling incoming service calls and digital leads for our home cleaning service and providing excellent service to our existing clients.
You'll be interacting with customer leads daily via phone, email, and text message, converting prospects into new customers, and providing service to existing customers. We focus on customer retention and quality service, so the candidate must have an upbeat personality, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to work within a team.
Experience is not required, but time worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales is helpful.
