MISSION
The Main missions for our Customer Service Representative will be to provide professional and courteous service to customers during pre and post sales activities. Provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to customers. Understand and qualify customers’ explicit and implicit expectations and create value when connecting with the internal unit/company’s resources and customers: (engineering, quality, supply chain, etc...)
- Ensures that offers/quotations/orders are reviewed for completeness and accuracy.
- Knows and follows Segment/Business Unit sales processes.
- Manages communication with customers using all medias available.
- Creates new accounts and maintains data for existing ones.
- Develops relationship with key customers.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, JDEdwards, email and internet skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines
- Strong sense of urgency and customer service focus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational skills and accountability skills. Tactful and diplomatic.
- Displays and fosters a customer-oriented mindset to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS
You have a Two-year college or technical school, and you have 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in manufacturing
Ability to use general IT such as ERP, Microsoft Office tools
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. French knowledge would be an asset.
This position is to be filled starting in late June 2022.
Working hours: 40 hours
