Job Title: Contracts Assistant
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Contract Coordinator by inputting contracts, equipment and data in COINS.
- Assist Contract and Service Department request for certificates of insurance.
- Update any customer request received for billing or address changes in customer file.
- Receive inquiries from internal and external customers and track for timely responses
- Assist contract coordinator to prepare correspondence on all finalized contracts.
- Assist with all subcontract vendors PO request and subcontract agreements.
- Compile and prepare documentation in preparation for contract closures
- Assist with new customer approved set up in customer file /create site file
- File and maintain contract file cabinets for Northern and Southern California.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year experience in contracts administration.
- HVAC industry experience, a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Must have advance working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in work processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.

Compensation Range: $23 - $27 Per Hour
