Responsibilities Include:
- Educate and offer our services over the phone and in person.
- Manage company supplied leads from point of contact through sales completion.
- Assist current clients with advice and information about their properties.
- Utilize customer/marketing database to offer additional services.
- Represent Mesa Turf Masters with honesty and integrity in all of your activities.
- Questionnaire code words are "Green Grass".
- Ability to work independently while supported as part of a team.
- Proven systems and procedures to ensure sales success.
- Guaranteed hourly base pay.
- Weekly commissions based on performance.
