We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant on our IS&T team who will perform a variety of administrative and sales support duties for the Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Fixed Income Capital Markets in the Chicago office of Mesirow Financial. This position requires a wide range of administrative skills, knowledge of organizational policies and trading industry procedures. The role of the Sales Assistant is to provide support to the sales desk personnel, enter trade tickets, setup and monitor new accounts, data entry, reconciliation, report monitoring, and general non-trading related duties.
