The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operating background in multifamily operations and asset management. They will be responsible for overseeing individual property operations, performance, and capital improvement strategies. The individual will work directly with the Portfolio Manager and our Head of Asset Management.

Responsibilities:
- Implement comprehensive asset management plans to optimize the financial performance of selected individual assets.
- Collaborate with third-party property management teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including implementation of capital plans, driving top line growth, and stringently managing expenses.
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, capital improvement opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor financial performance against budgetary goals and proactively address variances.
- Will work on approximately 8-10 assets in 4 to 5 specific markets throughout the U.S.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, real estate asset management, with a focus on multifamily properties.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence in multifamily real estate portfolios.
