Position Summary
This role is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of cost, internal schedule, and performance for their assigned projects and programs, in accordance with the approved MAVS processes. The Program Manager is also responsible for achieving and maintaining superior contract execution, product delivery, and customer satisfaction, as well as support follow-on business development for their assigned programs/customers.

Essential Functions Statement:
Provide the centralized planning, direction, and control requirements to meet the cost, schedule, and performance goals throughout the life-cycle of assigned project and programs.- Advise Program Manager and other senior management on various types of operations efficiencies in order to accomplish operations goals within the projects and programs.
- Track progress against the program plan and milestones.
- Ensure completion and accurate compliance with approved Corporate Policies and Processes. Target Utilization in this position is 95% Direct and 05% OH.
- Identify staffing/resource needs for current and projected programs to ensure adequate staffing for successful program completion. Liaise with flight crews, maintainers, integrators and vendors as required to ensure high levels of readiness and customer satisfaction.
- Review and approve 'Bi-Monthly Timesheet' reports each pay period.
- Assist in strategic planning, development, review and negotiations for their programs within business units with Contracts, Finance, and Operations.
- Monitor the business development of existing customers and assist the Program Manager in current program areas.
- Monitor proposal processes and work with key proposal team members on current and new business opportunities related to respective program areas.
Competency Statements
Proven and demonstrable Project Management skills.- Demonstrable experience and or understanding of ISR aircraft operations and Government contracting.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in written format, for briefing and presentation delivery to program employees, management and customers.
- Financial acumen, with ability to manage cost and schedule; proven ability to deliver on time and with utmost quality.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shift may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

Required Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other business-related field. Experience: 5 years of program/project management.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (specifically Word and Excel), Microsoft Project, experience with various ERP systems preference with Microsoft Dynamics experience .
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience: 5 years of aviation program/project management or working with government contractors.
Preferred Certificates and Licenses Project Management Certificate (PMP) Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance. Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Employee must be a US citizen.
Employee must be able to hold and maintain a Secret (or higher) Clearance Level.
