Facebook is seeking an individual skilled across multiple disciplines to support the local Site Teams. The Site Operations Site Coordinator will lead the execution of various events, including planning and logistics for key milestones enabling the teams onsite. The person should enjoy working in a complex, highly active environment where innovative design, planning, execution, and communication is key to their success.The Site Coordinator will work very closely with the Data Center Site Manager, the Facilities Manager, and other Site Leadership to ensure all facets of the day-to-day operational needs are met.

Data Center Site Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Communicate and escalate any issues related to the functions mentioned here
- Engage on site specific special projects and organizational developed projects
- Assist with and coordinate site tours and visits where applicable
- Assist with and execute site development projects with the Data Center Site Manager and team
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the data center
- Assist with set-up, moves, and configuration changes & providing miscellaneous supplies as needed
- Maintain onsite contact lists
- Responsible for all employee events on and/or offsite
- Work directly with the Global Events team on corporate planned events
- Assist with and schedule onsite professional training classes
- Support the Site Manager and Community Development team with community events and media appearances, as needed
- Supports the community grants program for your area in collaboration with the Community Development Team
- Analyze, track and report on local community outreach projects as needed
- Coordinate community outreach opportunities for your DC team in collaboration with the Community Development Team
- Track local event budget and projects
- Track and report on satisfaction budget
- Analyze/Track/Action Open PO’s in conjunction with our Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Team
- Work directly with corporate Procurement Operations to on board and order from various vendors used at the Data Center
- Reconcile charges from various expense accounts
- Assist in the management of the culinary and micro kitchen teams
- Identify with SCO and track non-critical vendor KPIs
- Other duties as required by the Site Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience in team building
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Event planning experience
- Planning, organizing and time management experience
- Budget management experience
- 3 years of project manager/office manager experience
- Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Experience working independently as well as partnering with others
- Self-starter and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
