Meta is seeking a highly-motivated individual to lead program management for the global Admin community, with a concentration in Admin learning and education. This role will include components of program design, program testing, in addition to scaling and the stabilization of said global programs. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, leadership, communication and analytical experience, as well as the ability to effectively work with cross-functional groups.This role also involves interacting with and presenting to executive client groups, and requires the ability to advise and influence various internal teams across the Business. The role will also be expected to structure and sequence year-over-year planning across multiple workstreams. This person will need to be comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, and have strong communication skills. This is a People Manager role, with 2 direct reports.This role is full-time.

Manager, Admin Education Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of highly-motivated group of individual contributors
- Drive new projects and initiatives from end-to-end, with a concentration on Admin education and continuous learning
- Oversee the projects and initiatives owned by direct reports
- Own new and existing programs related to Admin education, which includes decision-making, prioritization and strategic roadmapping
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of Admin-related priorities and intricacies across the Company
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal to Admin Programs Team (Admin Specialist Program, Coverage) and external (HRBPs, Lead Admins, Legal, PSC Team, Compensation, Admin Recruiting)
- Develop and present various content to multiple stakeholder groups (Learning & Development, HRBPs, Lead Admins, Admin Community) on a regular basis
- Facilitate large meetings and/or trainings with attendees from multiple time zones
- Support Admin Programs Team to pinpoint and reduce inefficiencies in processes
- Work with Admin Operations Team to generate and define metrics/analytics to track efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness
- Serve as subject-matter expert on Admin Learning topics to field questions from partners and employees
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years experience being a People Manager with direct reports
- 8 years of work experience in project/program management or administrative support
- 4 years of mentoring and coaching experience
- Experience drafting communications for multiple client groups
- Experience problem-solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
- Experience presenting to large audiences
- Experience working with data and utilizing data to inform decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in compiling and tracking org health metrics
- Experience defining roadmaps and timelines with milestones
- Experience in a Learning & Development or training role
- Experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role, at Facebook or other companies
- Experience in a People Operations, Recruiting or other HR function
- Experience facilitating training and other related sessions
- Experience creating or modifying training content
- BA/BS
