What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Manufacturing Test Engineering position at Meta?
Technical Operations team has the responsibility for evaluating technologies and identifying supply chain solutions that allow RL Org to deliver products to market at scale. Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager will drive the development and deployment of hardware test systems with manufacturing partners and third-party integrators. You will help define overall product test strategy, plan, hire and develop the test engineer resources to support various product portfolios and engineering build activities, evaluate test equipment and qualification processes, and lead and facilitate integration of test systems into our existing manufacturing infrastructure.The ideal candidate should be self-motivated working in a cross functional team environment and enforce manufacturability, testability and ensure cost-effective designs are implemented for testing and automation systems, software, and equipment. This position will have responsibilities for NPI test development and sustaining support of production released test and automation systems.

Minimum Qualifications: BS degree in electrical engineering or related field8 years of people management experience in managing technical teamsExperience with domestic and/or international consumer electronics vendors and supply chainUnderstanding of fundamental considerations of building hardware testing solutions in developmentExperience managing group of vendor engineers/technicians, building a team providing swift and effective to technical tasks
