Summary:
This role is with the Systems and Business Intelligence team that works closely with Meta business leaders to understand the needs of the business and to develop a vision and strategy for tooling and data solutions that support data center designs, engineering, and construction. This position is responsible for managing the team supporting the product lifecycle from customer acceptance through deployment - including on-going upgrades, feature enhancements, portfolio integration, and platform governance - to deliver long-term value to the business.

- Manage team of product owners, integrators, and analyst to prioritize the team's work across a wide range of fast-moving org and company initiatives
- Work with business intelligence, systems architecture engineers, and data science leads to translate business requirements into durable, long-term solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to vision and implement product lifecycle models, product maintenance, roadmaps, KPIs, and integrated solutions
- Create automated procedures to scale and operationalize processes
- Build efficient and reliable platforms and products that evolve to meet business needs over time
- Provide reporting and communication to stakeholders to present and align on product lifecycle implementation and utilization

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners across a global organization
- BA/BS or equivalent in information systems, engineering, or relevant work experience
- Experience with end-to-end platform or product lifecycle governance
- 10 years of overall technical experience with 4 years' experience managing a team of Technical Program Managers, and/or Platform or Product Managers/System Integrators or similar roles
- Experience leading teams managing sizable system and platform management efforts, from conception to execution
- Experience with various communication strategies, presentations, and analytical skills
