- 3 years experience with CRM (we use customer.io) - preferably from a gaming company.
- Used Discord and are familiar with how it works and how to grow Discord channels.
- A good understanding of what drives reasonable conversion rates within CRM.
- Experience with automation.
- An analytical mindset that can improve based on data.
- A person with stellar execution skills that never miss your deadlines, and who a get-things-done mentality.
- You are a friendly and nice person to work with.
- Fluent in English.
