Position Overview: The Transport Team Member will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transportation of vehicles from customers to our repair shop and back. In addition to transportation duties, this role involves responsibilities related to quality control, vehicle washing, and vacuuming.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Transportation:
• Pick up vehicles from customers' locations and transport them to the repair shop.
• Ensure the safe and secure transportation of vehicles to prevent any damages.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles upon arrival to identify any pre-existing damages.
• Collaborate with the repair team to verify the completion and quality of repairs before vehicle delivery.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor during interactions with customers.
• Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle and expected delivery times.
• Vehicle Cleaning:
• Perform exterior washing and interior vacuuming of vehicles to ensure cleanliness.
• Pay attention to detail to present vehicles in top condition upon delivery.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in vehicle transportation or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to handle vehicles with care to prevent damages.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as washing and vacuuming vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.75 - $18.75 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Plano, TX 75093: Relocate before starting work (Required)
