What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Metal Toad?
At Metal Toad, an AWS Partner Alliance Manager is a member of the Sales division and reports to the head of sales. The mission of this role is to ensure they meet or exceed all personal sales revenue targets by supporting our customers and AWS sales partners.
Outcomes
- Hit sales goals and quotas.
- Account Management. Maintain or grow accounts assigned.
- SQLs. Win and grow new accounts through incoming Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Bizdev. Create and grow new accounts through personal outreach (LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
- Customer satisfaction.
- NPS. Achieves a 44% or higher Net Promoter Score across all of the customer accounts through quick response times and customer advocacy.
- Report daily on all sales activities.
- Email. Send email utilizing Hubspot CRM tracking for automated reporting.
- Phone calls. Make outbound calls using CRM whenever possible, or log if made via cellphone.
- Recaps. Sends out summary notes for all meetings/calls calling out next steps, copying the relevant people at Metal Toad.
- Attendance & timeliness.
- Internal meetings. Attends and participates in all required internal meetings.
- Customer meetings. Prioritizes customer calls and travel.
Response times. Maintains ASAP response times to all customer inbound requests. This means at <2 hours during work hours, and ideally under 15 minutes.
