Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical staff.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Practice Operations to establish clinic and staff performance objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new clinic staff.
• Supervise and conduct performance evaluations and address any necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure the implementation of company policies within the clinic.
• Act as a liaison for referring physicians, patients, and their families.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships to uphold high satisfaction ratings from providers, leadership, and staff.
• Address patient and customer complaints promptly and thoroughly, striving for timely resolution.
• Continuously evaluate clinic operations, proposing and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, increase revenue, etc.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements for all clinic staff, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
• Manage clinic financial operations, including purchasing, expenses, and personnel management.

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary:

• $61,048-$97,656, based on work history/experience

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in nursing, healthcare, business administration, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience (one year of education equals one year of experience) required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, or business administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a clinic or healthcare setting required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in either overseeing the work of a group of people, including hiring, firing, assigning work, orienting, training, evaluating, disciplining, coaching/mentoring, and/or negotiating and interpreting conflicts to influence outcomes on significant matters OR four years of experience serving as a technical expert for a group of employees, regularly modeling/mentoring and training employees on technical skills, making decisions regarding daily priorities for a work group, providing guidance to and/or assisting staff on non-routine or escalated issues, and providing input on performance appraisals and/or disciplinary actions.
