ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND
Founded in 2019, the Metiri Group (www.metirigroup.com) is an emerging, fast growing environmental testing laboratory group. With operations currently in California, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, Metiri’s objective is to provide full-service environmental laboratory services and solutions with the highest caliber service experience.
Metiri Group is primed for rapid growth and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This position will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth for the company.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
- Develop tools and best practices to manage the execution of marketing programs/projects.
- Coordinate marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Coordinate and align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives to create sales leads activities.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website, and other online advertising.
- Produce and submit PR, Marketing, and social media activity reports.
- Create and distribute press releases to targeted media.
- Innovate and systematically improve processes through automation.
- Regular reporting to supervisor and support in preparation of board of directors reporting packages.
- Build/manage a marketing dashboard and report on marketing operational metrics.
- Provide management view into process changes resulting in increased measurable results.
- Execute and streamline marketing workflows through automation, marketing operations management analysis and ROI reporting.
- Develop key processes to support implementation of programs.
- Align internal operations management with stakeholders.
- Creating promotional messages and themes to drive business.
- Test new marketing messages, channels, and opportunities.
- Develop creative and effective ways to promote new capabilities or initiatives.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required, and a focus in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field is preferred.
- Graduate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior work experience in managing marketing, communications, and press for an organization is a must.
- 2 years experience with digital marketing and social media user growth, which is supported by quantifiable strategies/tactics and metrics.
- Experience with CRM integration between Marketing and Sales, in particular with HubSpot and Zoho.
- Minimum 3 years, 5 years (preferred) of experience in marketing strategy development and marketing program management.
- Must desire a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with high performance expectations.
- Must be able to work independently and exercise entrepreneurial/autonomous skill sets.

Salary : $62,200 - $78,800
