Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and identify new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through exceptional customer service and account management
- Utilize sales management skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market to stay ahead of competitors
- Identify and capitalize on new market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and a unified sales approach
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activity, manage leads, and analyze sales data
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and business development
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activity and pipeline performance
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in customer service and account management
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Experience with sales management software and tools
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience in business development and market research
- Experience in inside sales or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
