Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Utilize effective selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
- Strong understanding of retail math for accurate pricing and discounts
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry sales, is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Knowledge of technology products for effective sales of electronics or gadgets
- Ability to assist with stock management, including receiving shipments and organizing merchandise
