Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join MCC Network Services, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer retention efforts, executing outbound sales strategies, and coordinating various projects within the sales department. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, a knack for relationship building, and a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
