Metro Interfaith Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Intake specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in the housing counseling office and working directly with clients.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience and skills:
- Bilingual is an added asset
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Gather and process all forms and paperwork
- Coordinating, managing schedules and appointments
- Answering and taking note of incoming inquires via phone, fax or email
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Previous experience working in an office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer programs such as (Word, Excel, Google Suite applications)
