Manager

We are hiring a Manager for a local drive thru coffee shop in the North Bend. We are looking for an individual that thrives in a fast paced environment, loves coffee, people and is highly organized to be part of our long term goals. You will need to create a great experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, with a short wait time and maintain a clean and comfortable work environment. The Manager needs to maintain awareness of the shifts operations while working quickly and effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to problems and implementing solutions. You will also need to be comfortable with going to get inventory, lifting up to 30 lbs, training new hires, and developing promotions and specials. This is a fun, fast-paced job, with a large customer base of “regulars”

Skills and Qualifications

*Management experience is required

· Has knowledge and experience with coffee, tea and espresso beverages

· Is reliable, punctual, honest and looking to work long term

· Can learn quickly and work well with a team

· Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with customers in a short timeframe

· Can effectively lead and delegate tasks to multiple personality types under pressure

· Can assertively and graciously confront their staff to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues

· Organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask

· Ability to make smart common sense decisions

· Works with their crew’s needs and availability to create a weekly shift schedule, maintaining a low cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times and short lines

· Ensures appropriate cash handling, deposits, and change for their stand

· Willing to complete cleaning duties and lead by example

· Available to work a schedule that may include early mornings, weekends and some holidays
