As a Training Specialist, you'll be responsible for devising and implementing training strategies focusing on impact within the federal government, particularly the Department of Defense. Your role involves optimizing online training materials for engaging learning experiences and continually refining training processes and tools.

What you'll do:

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive training strategies tailored for client organizations, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and mission priorities within the Department of Defense.
• Enhance and optimize online training and communication materials to create compelling and interactive learning experiences.
• Continuously evaluate and refine training-related processes, tools, and improvement of training initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 5 years of experience as a Training Specialist.
• Proven ability to develop and drive training strategies for Government clients.
• Proven ability to strengthen/develop online training and communications products via application of industry best practices by leveraging innovative technologies such as Camtasia and Adobe Captivate.
• Experience delivering dynamic and interactive in-person training sessions to small groups fostering a collaborative learning environment and achieving high levels of participant satisfaction and skill acquisition.
• Experience executing and strengthening training-related processes, tools, and templates to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency and quality in training and delivery across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Interim Secret clearance (minimum).
