E-Commerce Manager
As the E-Commerce Manager for Mexilink Inc. your role would involve overseeing and driving the company's online sales and marketing efforts. You would be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize online revenue, improve customer experience, and achieve business objectives. This position reports directly to the E-Commerce Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's e-commerce strategy, including goals, target audience, market positioning, and competitive analysis. Develop a roadmap to achieve these objectives.
- Plan and execute initiatives to drive online sales growth, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue. Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Oversee Mexilin’s online platforms. Ensure an optimal user experience, including site navigation, product presentation, checkout process, and customer service. Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, supply chain, marketing, and graphic design to ensure accurate and timely product listings, pricing, and inventory management. Collaborate on new product launches and promotions.
- Continuously improve the online customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings. Implement strategies to address customer concerns and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Utilize web analytics tools and platforms to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals. Foster collaboration with other departments, such as finance, IT, and operations, to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
- Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Share insights and recommendations with the company's leadership team to drive innovation and stay competitive.
- Ensure ompliance with applicable e-commerce laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data privacy and security. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any potential risks or issues.
- Ensure e-commerce initiatives are launched on time and meet initial requirements, keeping teams and management notified of progress and any potential deviations from project schedules (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years in ecommerce experience.
- English language fluency, Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of popular e-commerce platforms (such Amazon) and their features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Understanding of key metrics, campaign optimization techniques, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior in the e-commerce space, including online shopping preferences, buying patterns, and decision-making processes. Understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer segmentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Ability to extract actionable insights from data, perform A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce performance.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, supply chain processes, and logistics in an e-commerce environment. Understanding of demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment strategies.

Pay: $39,021.75 - $114,033.54 per year
